Refund policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or a different product than what you ordered, Die Tired Co will issue a refund or exchange for your order. Die Tired Co does not offer returns for orders unless they arrive defected or the customer receives the wrong product. Cancellations for orders must be requested via email to Support@DieTiredco.com before the order is shipped to be issued a refund or exchange. All sales are finale once they are shipped unless the customer receives the wrong or damaged product. Fulfillment times can range from 1-2 weeks.
Die Tired Co does not offer free shipping on returns that were mistakenly ordered for reasons including but not limited to: placing an order for the wrong product, placing an order for the wrong size, or entering the wrong address for the order to be shipped to.
